Returns Policy

If you change your mind about a purchase, you can cancel your order within 14 days of the day after you receive it. You don’t need to give a reason.

How to cancel

Email us at info@classicferrariparts.co.uk with your name, order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. You can also use the model cancellation form at the end of this policy, but you don’t have to.

Returning your item

Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel. Return it to: Classic Ferrari Parts, Unit 7, Home Farm, Meriden Road, Berkswell, CV7 7SL.

You are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend a tracked and insured service, as items remain your responsibility until they reach us.

Condition of returns

Please return items unused and in their original packaging, with all parts and accessories included. You may handle an item as you would in a shop to inspect it. If it has been used, fitted, or handled beyond that, or is returned incomplete or damaged, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.

Your refund

We will refund the price of the item and the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of you providing proof of postage if sooner. Refunds are made to your original payment method. If you chose a premium delivery option, we only refund the cost of our standard delivery.

International returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and for completing any customs paperwork needed to send the item back. Import duties and taxes paid to your local customs authority are not received by us, so we are unable to refund them. You may be able to reclaim them from your customs authority.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us straight away. We’ll arrange a return at our cost and offer a repair, replacement or refund, in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Business customers

The 14-day cancellation right applies to consumers only. Trade purchases are not covered, although we’re always happy to discuss any issue with an order.
